How the match works
Deterministic, not a model call. The same posting always produces the same report, and the gaps are never softened by a model with an incentive to be agreeable. Matching is whole-term, and a set of concept aliases maps common posting vocabulary onto the words this resume uses — “distributed systems” matches the federated GraphQL gateway, but only because a role bullet evidences it.
